Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Refunds will exclude shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Any applicable restocking fees will be clearly communicated before processing your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of purchase. We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues.

In cases where refunds are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you for updated details. Unclaimed refunds will be held for 90 days before being considered abandoned.
