Return & Refund Policy

At ApparelDot Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our comprehensive return and refund policy below for detailed information about cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery according to our standard return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again (some banks require additional processing time)
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary
